Cinq Tech Staffing & Services is urgently hiring for 3 Construction Inspectors for the Louisville, Ky, Pittsburg and Harrisburg PA areas.

Duties/ Responsibilities include the following:
- Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure that work is being carried out in compliance with
safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Document all findings, including deficiencies
and discrepancies, and work with contractors and construction managers to rectify any issues.
- Prepare daily logs. Document the daily logs with pictures.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure that work is being
completed on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with Construction Manager on all matters pertaining to the quality of
work at the site.

Minimum Qualifications are the following:
- Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) in civil engineering, construction management, and
or Construction Inspection.
- Must have 0-3 years’ experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer software and tools, including Microsoft
Office and AutoCAD.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Range $59,000 to $79,000
